Bio

Brett Saunders is a Principal of Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. He specializes in lease negotiation and sales of office, industrial and investment properties throughout the North Los Angeles and Ventura County markets. Born and raised in Agoura Hills, Mr. Saunders has been active in the Los Angeles and Ventura County markets and brings in-depth market knowledge and strong ties with the business and brokerage communities. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Saunders was with Westcord. Previous to that he was in the construction industry, four of which as a superintendent and project manager which strengthens his ability to advise his clients.
